Noah manages athlete representation and brand partnerships at Pangea. He oversees day-to-day support for athletes and partners while driving long-term strategy and execution. From negotiating contracts to aligning talent with the right opportunities, Noah plays a key role in helping athletes grow their careers and ensuring brands activate authentically in the outdoor space.
Ethan is a cinematographer, editor, and producer specializing in action sports storytelling. With a background in filmmaking and a deep connection to ski and outdoor culture, he leads content strategy and creative campaigns at Pangea.
